To draw the Administrators attention to rules violation, if you consider it necessary. For example, you may complain of offenses made by other players, specifying the time and the place where these occur.
Not to disclose information about yourself, since the administration undertakes to keep secret the information provided by users upon registration.
To report game errors to support and to receive bonuses for this.
It is prohibited:
To be inactive more than 30 days. In this case your registration will be automatically removed.
To log in for other players.
To share accounts with other players;
To hold more than one account at a time. Members who hold more than one account will have their accounts deleted.
To transfer game funds, resources and ships to another account used under the same IP-address.
To buy or to sell accounts (blocking).
To exchange accounts without prior notification and approval by the game administration. In case of failure to notify the administration about the performed account exchange, the administration shall not be liable for any loss of data or game assets.
To trade resources outside the game (blocking).
To use programming errors in your own self-interest in order to gain advantages over other players. Each player must immediately inform of any detected errors. The use or intentional suppression of detected errors shall result into account blocking.
To undertake actions leading to increased traffic or intended to influence the course of the game. In particular, there are prohibited any automated and semi-automated scripts that generate database queries or activate game mechanisms. The violation of this rule shall lead to immediate membership termination. Additionally the administration reserves the right to claim compensation for inflicted losses.
To use foul, insulting, or inappropriate language, or any other form of direct or indirect players harassment (temporary block). Extortion and threats concerning real life will lead to immediate and permanent membership termination.
To use offensive names for game characters and alliances, which could potentially offend, insult, or slander other players or Stars' Empire. Our policy on names was integrated to ensure that all our players can enjoy a pleasurable experience while playing the game.

General terms and conditions
Any user who registers as a player hereby agrees with the present rules.
The game administration reserves the right to modify the present rules and regulations.
Stars' Empire is a free game; funds upload is performed exclusively on voluntary terms and doesn't provide any additional rights as compared to other players.
No claims for refunds are accepted unless membership is suspended on the initiative of the administration and this wasn't provoked by the player's actions.
Stars' Empire administration comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The administration may not be held responsible for any disruption of service, soft fault, errors in data processing, loss of data, game play malfunction, or other events or conditions that are undesirable to the user, under any circumstances. Stars' Empire makes no guarantees of the quality or consistency of service and is under no obligation to deliver such service.
Any violation of the General terms and conditions and the present game rules may result into membership termination.
